Booking
- Get an instant online quote and confirm your move date in a few clicks.
- A small deposit secures your slot; the balance is settled on or before move day.
- You'll receive written confirmation with pickup, delivery and crew details.
- Same-day and last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booked move date.
- Within 48 hours, the deposit may be retained to cover allocated crew and vehicle time.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged at 50% of the quoted total.
- To cancel, call 07346 814669 or reply to your confirmation email.
Refunds
- Deposits on cancellations made 48+ hours ahead are refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
- Overpayments or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method.
- If we cancel a booking, any amount paid is refunded in full.
- Refunds on completed moves are handled case-by-case under our satisfaction guarantee.
