This protects your belongings while loaded, in transit and being carried into your new place. For high-value items (laptops, instruments, jewellery over £500), tell us in advance so we can note them on the job.
Yes. In the rare event of damage, our claims process is straightforward — report it within 7 days with photos and we'll assess and settle under our Goods in Transit policy. We strongly recommend you don't pack cash, documents or irreplaceable items in the van; carry those with you.
Yes. Our student packing service is available as a full pack (everything boxed and labelled the day before) or a part pack (just fragile items — kitchenware, mirrors, electronics). Add it during your quote. We bring all boxes, bubble wrap and tape; you just leave it to us.
